Belgian payroll legislation is moving fast. The new centenindex — the cap on wage indexation above €4,000 gross — is a good example: easy to miss, until it's already showing up in your SAP payroll run. (New to the term? Here's a quick explainer in Dutch or French before you join.)

And it's not the only change on the table. The relapse extension, Belcotax 2.0, the LTDS declaration under e-Gov 3.0 — if you're running SAP HR, SAP Payroll, or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, you need to keep pace with all of them, whether you're a large enterprise or a smaller organisation.
