SAP customer Leonidas is HR team of the year

At last week's HRM Night organised by the magazine HR Tribune/RH Tribune, esteemed SAP customer Leonidas was awarded the title 'HR team of the year'. They won this award for the success of their Global Performance System project. The chocolate maker uses SAP software to streamline talent management. With SAP ERP HCM, all employee data is stored in a centralized database, giving the HR users a clear picture of personnel company-wide and the information they need to support performance evaluations.
