Job Description
- Able to immediately step into a role as an SAP HR Time Expert.
- Understand complex design and configuration issues and how they may differ across multiple client configurations.
- Manage configuration of Absence B19 CATS, Work schedules, positive or negative time management, Time Managers Workplace,...
- Work closely with ABAP/4 development staff on reports, interfaces, and other development activities related to HR design and configuration activities.
- Producing functional design and configuration documents to the agreed standard and within the allocated timescale
- Developing and writing proposals, attending client sales meetings ...
- Provide assistance to testing, Quality Assurance, implementation, and post implementation support activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of SAP/HR Time Configuration and overall HR/SAP experience
- Basic knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organization Management (OM)
- Practical implementation experience of absence quota, CATS, Work schedule, Absence/Attendance catalogue, Positive/Negative Time management, Time Managers Worksplace (TMW),...
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
- Service-oriented, collaborative approach to customers and peer relationships
- Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure of tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge Dutch and French and a good knowledge of English
