Job Description
- Implementing SAP Enterprise or NetWeaver Portal with Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) functionality
- Configuring SAP HR and SAP Enterprise Portal to achieve desired functionality in ESS and MSS
- Knowledge of Employee and Manager Business Packages including latest XSS WebDynpro framework
- Managing portal configuration including iViews, pages, worksets, roles, portal permissions, transports, role assignments,...
- Participating in and facilitating client meetings, interviews and workshops focused on collecting business requirements for ESS, MSS and the Portal
- Understanding of technical development of custom iViews in order to recommend innovative solutions
- Developing client recommendations and new Portal solutions around SAP HR functions
- Producing functional design and configuration documents to the agreed standard and within the allocated timescale

Requirements
- A degree in Informatics, Electronics, Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of SAP HR configuration experience
- At least one implementation of SAP Enterprise Portal, ESS and MSS
- Strong skills in at least one strategic HR area (Compensation Management (ECM), Performance Management (OSA), eLearning (LSO), and e-Recruitment)
- Familiarity with all HR processes and services
- Excellent knowledge of French or Dutch, and a good knowledge of English
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Maintain the highest level of professional standards and be a team player
