Job Description
- Participate actively in the development and implementation of SAP Talent Modules at the client
- Perform all work efforts outlined in the ASAP Methodology that are typically assigned to consultants
- Document business requirements and procedures
- Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions
- Perform configuration of business requirements in your area of specialization
- Support clients in defining SAP HR Talent business processes
- Conduct knowledge transfer activities to support clients and colleagues in developing their skills
- Perform post go-live production support activities
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a SAP HR consultant
- Very good technical knowledge of SAP Talent Management modules: Learning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Succession Planning etc
- Functional knowledge of Talent Management processes
- Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills
- Maintain the highest level of professional standards and be a team player
- Strive to create satisfied clients
- Flexibility in working in a challenging environment
- Have the ability to manage multiple priorities, and have a sense of urgency in meeting tight deadlines
- Be fluent in Dutch, French and English
