Job Description

To strengthen our SAP HR expertise team and participate in the implementation and technical realization of SAP ESS/MSS projects, we are looking for a SAP HR Consultant. As a Consultant you will start to focus on systems implementations and technical realizations, deepening and sharing your knowledge with your colleagues. Appropriate SAP HR training will be given and you will be coached by our Senior Consultants.

Requirements

• MBO (management by Objectives),
• Career Planning / Succession planning,
• Enterprise Compensation Management
At least medium knowledge in standard modules (PA/OM/PD)
Knowledge in one or more of these modules: Training and Events Management, Time Management, Pay Management
Solid experience of BI for HR or solid BI with a desire to do HR
Workflow – preferably with HR – and in any case a desire to concentrate on HR
ESS / MSS knowledge or experience
Extra's:  - Project leading experience in SAP HR
            - Pre-sales experience in SAP HR
