Job Description
As an SAP FI/CO AMS consultant, you will join the SAP practice of IBM Global Business Services. Within GBS, you will join the team that handles Application Management Services for our customers which consists of offering the full functional support to the customer's users. You will maintain and support SAP solutions for customers using different releases of the product. You will resolve incidents that are recorded by end users. You will analyze new business requirements and changes to existing functionalities and translate the functional requirements into technical design using business content delivered by SAP or custom built objects. You will build solutions in-line with the approved design.
Requirements
- You have gained SAP FI/CO knowledge on full lifecycle projects or in an Application Services organization.
- You enjoy working with SAP and are very familiar with support and maintenance methodology.
- You are looking for the variability in challenges offered to you and are driven by achieving the required Service Levels.
- Providing the right solution within the desired time frame is what you see as your main driver.
- You have worked in similar roles for 2-4 years.
- You have good working knowledge and a strong feeling for financial processes and are able to independently pinpoint issues and find the appropriate solutions.
- You have a clear view and opinion on relevant SAP developments.
- You possess the combination of analytical, communication and presentation skills that are essential for a business consultant.
- You are able to quickly inspire confidence from both clients and colleagues and you are being regarded as a reliable advisor.
- You are a quick learner and are able to work independently.
- English, Dutch and French are required.
