Job Description
- Consulting and partnering with our customer in defining HR user requirements, by translating these requirements into SAP functionalities.
- Analyze and propose business HR processes which strike the best balance between system functionality and client expectations and requirements.
- Create clear and concise documentation describing requirements and agreed processes
- Assist in designing the solution by using a standard approach
- Assist in development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording and resolution
- Finalize the configuration; migrate your work to the productive environment, perform data migration activities
- Provide support to our customers
Requirements
- Business-related degree with a strong IT affinity
- Like to work in a team and have strong persuasive skills
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Desire to work in an information systems and consulting environment
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English
