An integrated fluent on/offboarding process within Elia: When a internal or external employee starts or leaves the company, a lot of different actions in different systems have to be done. Elia improved this on/offboarding process by developing user friendly Fiori apps. In the presentation you will see how this flow has been improved for the different roles.

SAP S/4HANA, evolution of Time & Payroll: During this session we will look at the current possibilities and limitations for integrating Time & Payroll within SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. You will learn what’s on the roadmap and explain your organizations transformation options. We will make reference to our internal project and show how we integrate with S/4 HANA.

City of Ghent : ‘An HR-system to support the change- & integration of HR services’ The HR-administrations of the city of Ghent, the ‘OCMW/CPAS’ and the schools had to be integrated into 1 department. With this goal in mind, a joint model is created for its customer, with a new organization and processes. To support this, a new HR-system is implemented. The objectives of the new application emphasize on a maximum integration of all personnel-related information, the involvement of the employee and the managers in self-service processes and the delivery of both operational and strategic reporting. This to increase the efficiency in a customer-oriented way. The fact that this is a complex and elaborated project is no surprise. This presentation explains the context, size, structure and execution of the project, focusing on a practical testimony, with the success factors and pitfalls, the milestones and results.
